👉 Once you place your order, our production team will begin crafting your custom item within 24 hours. This means that any customization details cannot be changed after submission, so please double-check your information carefully before finalizing your order.
👉 Each product is made specifically for you, which is why we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is any damage caused by the design or product quality, we’re here to help! Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you encounter any issues.
👉 Due to a significant increase in order volume and the meticulous standards we uphold for our custom products, our supplier is often experiencing delays. It may take an additional 3-5 days beyond our usual fulfillment time to complete your order.

1.How long for shipment?
We strongly recommend to order your christmass gift in the november month to assure you will get it on time. We can not guarantee delivery before christmass for orders in december. Even when many orders early in december still arrive before christmass.
Estimated delivery date includes the following: Processing Time + Delivery Time
Processing and production time 2-5 days (Depending on the workload in the factory)
Shipping in Poland 7-10 days
2. Standard Shipping in Poland:
Order Price < 300 zł, shipping fee 22zł,
Order Price over 300 zł, Free shipping,
Shipping out of Poland has different shipping fee's depending on country and shipping carrier.
3. Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status. After we sent out the package, you can get a tracking number.
4. Tips for shipping:
1) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email box and mobile number during checkout process.
2) Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column cannot be compensated.
3) PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Non-delivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by Ogoneko.
4) Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in your country's facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.
